Where does produce come from? All over! We strive to get produce that is high quality, plenty of variety, as fresh as possible, and of course delicious. We favor avocados from Mexico, blood oranges sometimes from Australia, potatoes from Idaho, and micro greens from local growers from Florida. -

Why didn't I get everything on menu? Each box typically gets 85 - 100% of the menu. There are two main reasons a box may not get everything: - Our supplier didn't have that produce available. - The supplier might have had it but the produce did not meet our standards If there's something you don't receive, we always replace the missing item with something else. One thing we guarantee is, your box will always be full. -

Can I choose my delivery day and time? We offer same day delivery if your order is placed before noon. Otherwise we deliver the following day with fresh bounty. If you have a need for a specific time/day please put it into the notes at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate it. -

Something was wrong with an item in my box, now what? We do our best to ensure that only the best produce gets delivered to you, however, if you notice that there was something wrong with an item in your box, please take a picture of it and email it to us hello@thefruitandvegbox.com right away so that we can do our best to rectify the situation.
