How does this work?
Each week we curate the freshest, most delicious fruit, veg, herbs (and more!) from the best farms in the world and design our boxes for your ulimilate culinary pleasure. Customers order by 9pm on Thursday to receive their delivery on Friday. We offer a subscription option for convenience and savings.
Where does produce come from?
All over! We strive to get produce that is high quality, plenty of variety, as fresh as possible, and of course delicious. We favor avocados from Mexico, blood oranges sometimes from Australia, potatoes from Idaho, and micro greens from local growers from Florida.
Is your produce organic?
Some of them are, while others aren't. Our primary focus is freshness and variety, making a box that is completely organic would limit the variety of fruits and vegetables that would be included in your box.
Can I choose my delivery day and time?
At the current time we offer Friday delivery only (morning to early afternoon)
Where can you leave my delivery if I won’t be in?
With your permission we are willing to leave your box wherever you ask us to if you won't be home to accept the delivery (please specify in the notes) otherwise, Due to our commitment to freshness and quality, someone must be home at the time of delivery for us to drop your package. If no one is available to receive the delivery and you don't specify where you would like us to leave it (for example, "If I'm not home, please leave the package at the front door"), the produce will be returned to our center.
I can't accept packages at home. Do you have any pickup spots?
We do not currently have any pickup locations, but we can deliver to any address that FedEx and USPS can access. For customers who can’t receive home delivery, we suggest delivering it to your workplace if you’re able to transport it home easily or asking a friend or neighbor with a stable delivery address to let you deliver it to their home.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No! We have no contracts.
What are the options for payment?
All major cards accepted through Shopify Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.
Something was wrong with an item in my box, now what?
We do our best to ensure that only the best produce gets delivered to you, however, if you notice that there was something wrong with an item in your box, please take a picture of it and email it to us hello@thefruitandvegbox.com right away so that we can do our best to rectify the situation.
